The careful selection of the olives gives Stilla Italiano extra virgin olive oil its excellent organoleptic properties.

PRODUCTION AREA
Colline Salernitane (87 municipalities in the Province of Salerno, stretching from Positano to Paestum).
CULTIVAR
Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese, and Nostrale for at least 65%, Ogliarola and Leccino up to 35%, and/or other local varieties up to 20%.
APPEARANCE AND TASTE
With its fruity and balanced taste, it is ideal for use on bruschetta, salads, and both raw and cooked vegetables.
